Clients who instruct us to take care of larger portfolios (five properties or more) are eligible for a 2% discount on our Let Only, Fully Managed and Fully Managed PLUS services. For clients with smaller portfolios, the below fees apply.
Other Fees:
To offer the best value-for-money to our clients, we do not apply a surcharge to services such as arranging cleaning, routine maintenance and repairs, property certificates, inventories, etc. The cost of these services will vary depending on property location, contractor availability and other factors, but you can be rest assured that you will only pay for the actual cost of the service and nothing else. The cost of such services will be deducted from the floats we hold or from the rent received.

Deposit:
Once you decide to go ahead with renting a property through PVL Properties, a holding deposit equivalent to one week’s rent will be payable in order to secure the property.
Upon receipt of the holding deposit payment, we will take the property off the market whilst we obtain references. If the tenancy proceeds, your deposit will be put towards your total tenancy deposit, which is equivalent to five weeks’ rent.
